Feeling this man

it is not the typicall drum and base i usually hear here on newgrounds,
this feels like more like dub-step

xKore responds:

its dubstep but dubstep was only added as a genre on this site after i uploaded it, and because it has over 3000 views i can't edit it.

i'm done

just dont get it, why does Dubstep sound like Techno and Trance mix? why does this song sound like Trance to me ,even thou you got it saying techno? so Confused

Solkrieg responds:

In my book dubstep is under its own category.

at work

I'm at work animating, and listening to this, I didn't realize an 30 mints passed by and I'm still listing to it in the background lol

keep it up

YouriX responds:

Awesome dude! Thank you for telling me this means alot ;)

Nice but

I don't get the hole Dub Step movement,? I'm not a hata but, why does this sounds like Techno? Mix with some Trance in there? more Techno because the Tempo is on the slow side. I feel like this is an offspring , not innovated but more of a style emerging from Techno and Trance. Hance electro, music, then Techno, then Trance, and this and everything else calling it something new.

please educate me on this

xKore responds:

dubstep came from experimental b-sides of garage and bassline songs, originated in London.

Trance, techno and electro had nothing really to do with dubstep tbh. Theres a good guide on the internet called ishkurs guide with information on how all genres were made and such.

in edm, and I suppose all music, new genres are just combinations or new takes on old genres and offshoot into their own little thing.

oh sh!@#$

This is a sleeper Hit man keep it up

choopocobra responds:
