its a man in a trenchcoat telling you "his friend" to relax- I imagine they are sitting in some kind of futuristic bar smoking something. The viewer is quite blasted hench the trippy stuff.

A tiny little Bamboo Splash. lol It was cheap and works better than an mouse. I want a Cintiq...but.....you know how it goes. $50 vs $3000. ha ha Splash won out.

It was veryy difficult to choose the right colors to mimic the original painting. I have to give thanks to my teacher for helping me out through color choice.
